Leean Porter – Dental Office Administrator

I earned my Dental Business Assistant Certification in 2005 and began my career as a dental receptionist, quickly advancing to the role of office manager.

In my current position as Dental Office Administrator, I am excited to bring my extensive experience and up-to-date knowledge to assist our patients.

I am particularly passionate about helping patients understand their insurance coverage and maximizing their benefits.

As a former resident of Cochrane, I look forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces as we provide personalized, high-quality dental.

Shiho Crossland, RDA – Dental Assistant

Originally from Japan, I have been living in Canada for over 15 years. In 2019, I relocated to Cochrane from Banff with my husband and two sons.

With prior experience as a dental technician in Japan, I have since upgraded my skills to become a Dental Assistant. I am thrilled to be a part of the Mila Dental team and look forward to contributing to our patients’ care.
